Aaron is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom), a chartered accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.

He is also a tax agent approved by the Minister of Finance under subsection 153(3) of the Income Tax Act 1967.

Aaron has extensive knowledge and experience in tax planning, consultancy and appeal; secretarial, insolvency and other corporate consultancy.

Danny is a company auditor approved by the Minister of Finance with more than 20 years of working experience in both public practice and commercial sector.

He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) and a chartered accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Danny’s experience in audit covered the industries of trading, multi-level marketing, manufacturing, retailing, property development, construction, etc. ranging from small and medium companies, public listed companies to multinational corporations.

Hoay Lee, a company auditor approved by the Ministry of Finance, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, is a partner of the Firm.

She has more than 19 years’ experience in both internal and external audits for listed and non-listed companies of various industries.

Hoay Lee was also involved in operational and management audits, due diligence, initial public offerings, etc.

Tan Yeong Tat started his career at one of the leading accounting firms in Malaysia prior to joining the firm and has more than 13 years’ experience in audit and assurance. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a chartered accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He is experienced in the statutory audit of various industries including manufacturing, trading, retailing, hospitality, property development and construction.

He has also been involved in special assignments, which comprise preparation of accountants’ report, as well as reviews of prospective financial information and pro-forma financial information for submission to relevant authorities for corporate exercises.

Jason Low is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a chartered accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Jason’s experience in audit covered widely the industries of trading, manufacturing, MLM, construction and retailing.
